Privacy Policy

1. Data controller & what we collect

Data controller: zhujing.studio (individual developer, "we"). Privacy contact: support@zhujing.studio; Data Protection Officer: not appointed. The Software is intended for users aged 18 and above; minors must not use it.

License info: license keys and device fingerprint hashes (salted SHA-256 one-way hash, used only for device binding validation and deduplication; cannot be reversed to identify a device).

Purchase info: the email and order details you provide to the payment platform at purchase time, used to issue keys and for after-sales support.

Feedback & crashes: feedback you voluntarily submit (with optional contact info); version, platform, error stack and log snippets auto-reported on crash.

Anonymous analytics: aggregate metrics like site visits and download counts (IP used only for geographic distribution, not linked to identity).

2. How we use it

The above is used only for: license validation & upgrade management, key issuance, product improvement (crashes & feedback), and site operations analytics.

We never sell or rent your data, nor use it for purposes unrelated to this software.

3. Storage & cross-border transfer

License, order and feedback data is stored on the service provider's servers (currently Singapore region); payment transactions are processed by Waffo Pancake (Merchant of Record); card data is not stored on the service provider's servers.

Crash and feedback reports are path-sanitized by default before upload, excluding chat content and sensitive device file paths.

4. Retention & deletion

License and order records are kept while the license relationship exists, for after-sales and upgrade management; after refund or revocation, only necessary financial audit information is retained (for 3 years); feedback and crash data is retained for 1 year. You may contact support@zhujing.studio at any time to request deletion.

5. Contact & changes
